As one of two organizations in the Bay Area dedicated to meeting the mental
health needs of our LGBT community, Pacific Center offers affordable, dependable,
and effective counseling when you need a listening ear and caring support.

Counseling Request
Pacific Center is accepting new clients for our mental health counseling program.

Therapy Groups
EQuIP’D -- Emerging Queer Identified People with Disabilities The Pacific Center is offering a six week therapy group for queer identified people with physical disabilities. All ages and sexual preferences are welcome. Topics addressed in the group will include coming out/being out, building community, working with prejudice, marginalization, sex, self, relationships, and identity. Interested participants must call to sign up in advance of the first session, 510-548-8283 ext. 510.
This group is co-facilitated by Heidi Denkers, MFT Trainee (supervised by Deena Solwren, LCSW, License#: LCS19582), and Maddy Brener, PsyD Trainee (supervised by Shawn Giammattei, PsyD, License#: PSY22570).

VOLUNTEER!
Volunteering at the Center is one of the best ways to meet people and support our community! Each week, over 200 people walk in or call us to find information, services, and support.
Currently we are in need of Front Desk Receptionists to greet visitors and help our callers when they visit the Center! We have several spots open. Please contact us today! Find out more about volunteering opportunities, email or call us Monday through Friday 4pm to 10pm.
