
The Pacific Center for Human Growth is a non-profit, community-based agency which has provided a comprehensive range of mental health, community, and educational services designed to address the needs and concerns of lesbians, gay men, bisexuals,
transgender, and other sexual minorities since 1973. Pacific Center serves a culturally diverse client population with over 40% of our clients being
people of color.
Our clients seek help for a full range of concerns, such as depression, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, addictive behaviors, AIDS-related issues, childhood trauma, life transition, as well as issues more specifically related to sexual orientation.

Directions from 80: Take the Ashby Avenue exit and head
toward the hills. Turn left on Telegraph Avenue and we are at the corner of
Telegraph and Derby (across from Andronicos and Willards Swim Pool). Look
for the rainbow flag on a Victorian building.
Directions from 580 or 880: Take 24 to the 51st/MLK
exit. Get in the right lane and take the 51st Street ramp. Turn
right at the end of the ramp and turn left at the second stoplight, Telegraph
Avenue. We are approximately one mile up on the corner of Telegraph and Derby.
From BART: Get off at the downtown Berkeley BART
station. Take the 40, 40L, or 64 bus and get off at the stop directly in front
of the Center.
Parking: There is ample
two hour parking on the residential streets
near Pacific Center.
