Operations & Facilities Specialist (Full-Time)
Pacific Center for Human Growth is seeking a full-time Operations & Facilities Specialist to help power our day-to-day operations at our LGBTQIA+ affirming mental health clinic in downtown Berkeley.
This role is essential to keeping our center running smoothly — from IT support and facilities coordination to client registration, billing support, and event logistics. You’ll work closely with leadership, billing, and program teams to ensure our systems, spaces, and technology are efficient, compliant, and community-ready.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee office operations, facilities, and vendor coordination

Provide responsive IT support and manage user systems

Support onboarding/offboarding processes

Process payments and assist with financial tracking

Coordinate client registration and front desk coverage

Support events, workshops, and organizational programs
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of administrative, IT, facilities, or coordination experience

Strong tech skills (Google Workspace, Salesforce, EHR systems)

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment

Comfort with a flexible schedule (including occasional evenings/weekends)

Commitment to LGBTQIA+ and QTBIMPOC-affirming work

Location: Onsite in downtown Berkeley (near BART!)
Pay: $29–$33/hour
Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
