Getting Started

The first step to enrolling in a program is determining if we are a good fit to serve your needs. To answer your questions and support you with registration you can book a free 15-20 minute consultation and registration appointment. Please read the following details before scheduling a call. The link to register for appointments is at the bottom of the page. 

 

*All parties must be present at the time of the call. You can not register someone else for services. For example, if you are calling for couples therapy and your partner is not present or a parent seeking services for a minor who is not present at the time of the call you will be asked to reschedule with them. Eligibility and Coverage for Services:

Pacific Center serves Ryan White-eligible clients in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, Specialty Mental Health Medi-Cal-eligible clients in Alameda County, and offers sliding-scale options to clients throughout California.
