JOB DESCRIPTION: The Board of Directors of the Pacific Center for Human Growth (the Center) seeks an engaged leader to serve as the Executive Director (ED). The Center has been providing mental health and wellness services for over 48 years; we are proud of our history, and we are looking for an ED who will lead us into our future, which includes prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion and expanding our reach/growing our capacity to serve our community. The ED is responsible for the continued financial stability of the organization, building and maintaining a healthy organizational culture, and strategic visioning for expansion and growth.

COMMUNITY PROGRAMS DIRECTOR

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Community Programs Director (CPD) manages all aspects of the community wellness and training services at Pacific Center. They/she/he will oversee all aspects of the  Peer Support Group Program, Older & Out Program, Youth Program and Community Based Organizational Training Program in collaboration with the Youth Program Manager, Older & Out Coordinator, and Organizational Training Program Manager, ensuring that all programming aligns with PC’s organizational mission, values and DEI vision. This position works closely with the Clinical Director (CD) and reports directly to the Executive Director (ED).

FINANCE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Finance Manager (FM) is responsible for managing the financial activities of
Pacific Center (PC), including financial analysis and planning, accounting operations and reporting,
budgeting and external audits. They/she/he will help streamline PC’s financial policies and procedures in
collaboration with the Executive Director (ED) and Operations Manager (OM). In addition, the FM will
be responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of the agency’s financial functions, and act as
the primary interface with external parties regarding financial matters.. This position reports Executive Director.
