Grief Group

Following the Ghost Ship tragedy in December 2016 Pacific Center coordinated with Alameda County to provide

counselors to family and friends of the victims.  Providing a grief therapy group is a continuation of our dedication to providing needed support services to our community.

Grief Group is a support group for anyone dealing with loss due to death of a loved one.

The grief group is offered at no charge and is facilitated by a licensed therapist and a Pacific Center clinician.

This group runs for the duration of 8 weeks with a break of approximately 4 weeks in between groups.  Folx must complete an intake and commit to weekly attendance.

Please contact Laine Demetria, LMFT at 510.703.4766 or for more information.  The next group starts April 5 and runs through May 24, 2021 and meets online every Monday from 4:00-5:30 PM.
