Queer Joy, together! It’s now or never!
We are only halfway through our campaign, but have less than $10,000 to go until we reach our $30,000 goal by December 31.
With unwavering support from you, we can ensure we show up every day for our community, no matter what happens in the years to come, exactly how they need us to.
Your generous donation today supports Queer Joy and all the joyful futures of every LGBTQIA+ and QTBIPOC person in Berkeley and the Bay.

Dear Folx,
With this year coming to an end, we are happy to announce we have completed our Annual Reporting for FY 23-24! We would like to thank all of our community members, staff, clinicians, volunteers and donors for supporting the Center during FY 23-24--and in advance for many, many more years of support and engagement to come! We look forward to a most Queer Joyful upcoming year for you, your loved ones, and the Center! With gratitude,

I loved how your December newsletter captures the Queer Joy campaign momentum and shows just how close the Pacific Center is to hitting its fundraising goal, all while thanking supporters and spotlighting upcoming virtual trainings and community opportunities. It reminded me of a busy semester when I was balancing deadlines with community involvement, and during that hectic stretch I even needed get an A in MyMathLab as that support at the time so I could stay on track without feeling overwhelmed. It’s a great reminder that connection and support whether in learning or community growth make big goals feel possible.
I really connected with how this Pacific Center newsletter highlights the power of community work and shared goals, especially the way it talks about pushing toward that $30,000 campaign for Queer Joy and celebrating reaching milestones together, because it reminded me of times I’ve stuck with long projects by leaning on my own support network. When I was buried in readings for my qualifier prep, I even thought about how useful help with doctoral-level exams would have been to balance stress and study better. Seeing posts like this makes me think that teamwork and shared purpose really do help us push through the hard parts of any big challenge.
